Khalifa Al Romaithi is the Executive Director of the UAE Real Estate Unit within the UAE Investment Platform in Mubadala. Jonathan graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the UK and attended a number of other academic institutions including Henley Management College, Harvard, INSEAD and was a visiting professor at Yale University. During his more than 30 years in the global real estate industry, Jonathan has held leadership positions with leading developers, including Managing Director in the UK at Hammerson, Managing Director of Development and Communities at Majid Al Futtaim and, most recently, Lendlease, a multinational construction company, of Real Estate and Infrastructure, where he was both CEO of the company`s global residential practice and Managing Director of Real Estate for Europe. and prior to that, he was the Director General of Development for Australia. Jonathan Emery is President and CEO of Aldar Development and is responsible for all of the company`s development activities. Al Hosani joined Aldar in 2005 and has successfully led strategic M&A transactions from a people, change and culture perspective. She was the first female member of Aldar`s Executive Management Committee and is Vice President of Aldar Hotels & Hospitality and a member of the Board of Directors of Aldar Education and Khidmah. Jassem Saleh Busaibe is Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Investment. He has over 15 years of experience in finance and investment, having held a number of senior positions in several private and public sector companies in Abu Dhabi.
