H.E. Al Mubarak was appointed Chairman of Abu Dhabi`s Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) in 2015, where he oversees the cultural development and promotion of the emirate as a global destination through the integration of tourism regulations and the active engagement of local, regional and international audiences. Since its inception and under the leadership of His Excellency, DCT Abu Dhabi has achieved notable milestones, including the opening in 2017 of louvre Abu Dhabi, recognized worldwide as one of the world`s most iconic cultural attractions, as well as the reopening of Qasr Al Hosn, Abu Dhabi`s oldest landmark, which has helped the emirate evolve into a global metropolis. Al Mubarak is also chairman of Aldar Properties, the emirate`s leading real estate developer, which also plays a key role in the development and delivery of aldar Academies` international standards training. In addition, His Excellency is Chairman of Miral Asset Management, where he led the transformation of key areas within the emirate, including Yas Island, and developed strategic partnerships such as the one with Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi™. Al Mubarak is also chairman of twofour54, Abu Dhabi`s media free zone and content creation centre, which includes broadcasting, publishing, music, digital media and gaming. Through these roles, he continues to lead the urban development of the emirate as well as the growth of its creative ecosystem. Al Mubarak is a member of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, where he is accompanied by international religious leaders, education scientists and cultural leaders from around the world to support and spread the values of mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. The committee advises on various initiatives, including the Abrahamic Family House, which is to be built in Abu Dhabi.

His Excellency is also Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ALIPH, the International Alliance for the Protection of Cultural Heritage in Conflict Zones. In addition, Al Mubarak is a board member of the Emirates Schools Establishment, an independent federal agency responsible for administering and operating public schools. Al Mubarak graduated from Northeastern University (Boston, USA) with a double degree in Economics and Political Science. Talal holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Australia Talal Al Dhiyebi is CEO of Aldar Properties Group, having previously held the positions of Director of Development and Executive Director of Asset Management within the Group, among others. Khalifa Al Romaithi is the Executive Director of the UAE Real Estate Unit within the UAE Investment Platform in Mubadala. The platform helps accelerate the UAE`s economic transformation and invests in world-class national champions, promotes vibrant industrial and business clusters, and works with world-class companies. With over 19 years of experience, Khalifa holds several positions at several portfolio companies, including Aldar Properties, DEPA Group, Emirates Driving Company and Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company.

Jonathan graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the UK and attended a number of other academic institutions including Henley Management College, Harvard, INSEAD and was a visiting professor at Yale University. Bayan Al Hosani is Executive Director of People, Culture and Performance at Aldar Properties. As Al Hosani leads the people experience to ensure a seamless journey for all employees, including clear career development plans. During his more than 30 years in the global real estate industry, Jonathan has held leadership positions with leading developers, including Managing Director in the UK at Hammerson, Managing Director of Development and Communities at Majid Al Futtaim and, most recently, Lendlease, a multinational construction company, of Real Estate and Infrastructure, where he was both CEO of the company`s global residential practice and Managing Director of Real Estate for Europe. and prior to that, he was the Director General of Development for Australia. Jonathan Emery is President and CEO of Aldar Development and is responsible for all of the company`s development activities. Al Hosani joined Aldar in 2005 and has successfully led strategic M&A transactions from a people, change and culture perspective. She was the first female member of Aldar`s Executive Management Committee and is Vice President of Aldar Hotels & Hospitality and a member of the Board of Directors of Aldar Education and Khidmah. Jassem Saleh Busaibe is Chief Executive Officer of Aldar Investment. He has over 15 years of experience in finance and investment, having held a number of senior positions in several private and public sector companies in Abu Dhabi. Prior to joining Aldar, he was Chief Financial Officer at SENAAT and previously CEO of Arady Properties.
